What is this program?

Rogues is a remote 4-week program for those who want to build a startup and don't know where to start. Each week has a mandatory meeting and practical tasks, plus sessions with founders, investors, and company operations experts.

In the end, you will have a working MVP, followed by two weeks to prepare your pitch deck. Organized by Eskala, and we take no equity in your project.

This is an intensive pre-accelerator bootcamp designed by Eskala Startup Studio, moving ambitious participants from the idea or pre-idea stage to a working MVP and startup, with a primary focus on digital and technical solutions.

Who is it for?

This is for you if:

  • You want to build a startup even if you haven't found your idea yet.
  • You can attend the weekly meeting and dedicate time to tasks.
  • You accept experimenting and making mistakes.

Not for you if:

  • You are looking for ready-made funding or a profit promise.

What will you do week by week?

Four weeks, each with a mandatory meeting and practical tasks. Then two weeks to prepare the pitch and presentation.

  • 01ProblemWeek 1The Problem (Problem)Look for a real problem worth solving, and talk to those who suffer from it. If the problem is not real, change it now.Eskala Startup Studio
  • 02BuildWeek 2Build (Build)Build the first working version of your product. Not perfect, but people can try it.Eskala Startup Studio
  • 03LaunchWeek 3Launch (Launch)Present the product to the first users, gather feedback, and improve.Eskala Startup Studio
  • 04SellWeek 4Sell (Sell)Focus on the first paying customer: contact potential customers, try sales methods, and measure results.Eskala Startup Studio

How does the week run?

  • One mandatory meeting each week, lasting between two and four hours.
  • A second session may be with a guest or an extra session, and is not mandatory.
  • Dedicate about 10 hours per week to tasks: market research, direct contact with real people, building and experimenting. If you don't execute the tasks, you pay to watch, not to work.

From the previous batch

In 2025 we offered the first version of this program in Algeria, called Innovation Champion and in partnership with ReachSci. These are moments from that batch, and Rogues is a major development of it.

  • Week 1 — Meetings 1 and 2

Introductory meetings, early planning, and defining the problem worth solving.

  • Week 2

Presentations and discussions about the progress of the first projects.

  • Week 3

Building the first working version (MVP) and testing it with early users.

  • Week 4

Final presentations and an international vibe-coding session.

What will you get out of it?

We tell you clearly what you get, and what we don't promise. This way you base your decision on truth.

What you get

  • A working MVP.

You graduate with a version people can try, not an idea on paper.

  • A real sales attempt.

You contact potential customers, try to sell, and learn from the result.

  • A ready pitch.

A pitch deck, a mock pitch, and a clear next step after the program.

  • Sessions with experts.

Founders, investors, and operations experts share their experience with you.

  • Honesty.

Clear feedback on what works and what doesn't in your project, even if you don't like it.

What we don't promise

  • We don't promise you will graduate with a profitable startup.

  • We don't promise funding, nor that anyone will invest in your project.

  • We don't promise sales. First sales are a goal we strive for, not a promise.

  • We don't promise your idea will succeed. Many ideas change or stop at this stage, and discovering that early and at a small cost is a good result.

  • We don't replace your effort. Your results depend on your time and commitment to the tasks.

Behind the camera

We film the whole journey: meetings, experiments, failures, and successes.

Then we turn it into a 4-episode documentary series broadcast on YouTube in 2027. The episodes tell the stories of some participants, not all of them.

The promotional film is in production.

People love startup stories. They may think those who found them are entrepreneurs.

But in truth, those who build startups are the mad ones. Rebels and outcasts who love breaking rules.

Only the mad one has the courage to impose their ideas or strange vision on the world… or to fail while trying. But history tells us they succeed somehow.

And today, in celebration of them, we launch the Rogues program.
